Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a) Patients undergoing InvisalignTM clear aligner treatment. b) Patients with no oral and systemic disease. c) Patients having no deleterious habits. d) Patients have not undergone antibiotics/antimicrobials therapy in past 3 months. e) Aligner samples free from any visible manufacturing defects, warping, or discoloration. f) Patient oral cavity should be (OHI-S:fair) and low DMFT grading before the start of the study and the patient should be encouraged for good oral hygiene.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a) Aligner samples with surface irregularities, contamination, cracks, or distortions resulting from fabrication or handling errors. b) Patients having high caries risk. c) Patients with poor periodontal condition.
