Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Females aged 18 45 years Clinical diagnosis of FPHL confirmed by trichoscopy Sinclair/Ludwig grade I III Willingness to comply with treatment Written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy Lactation Uncontrolled diabetes Renal dysfunction Hepatic dysfunction Cardiovascular disease Concurrent antiandrogen therapy Concurrent insulin sensitizers Drug hypersensitivity
