Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients fulfill DSM-5 criteria of lifelong (primary) premature ejaculation: IELT always or nearly always equal or less than 1 minute, inability to delay, for at least 6 months, causing distress or interpersonal difficulty. Patients with PEDT Score equal or more than 11. Patients in a stable, monogamous sexual relationship with vaginal intercourse expected equal or more than 1 time per week during trial. Patient who will give consent and are able to do follow up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with erectile dysfunction Patients with history of Major psychiatric disorders (MDD with suicidality, psychosis, bipolar). Patients with history of concomitant sexual dysfunction medications (topical anesthetics, tramadol, other SSRIs) within 06 weeks. Patients with severe systemic illnesses. Partner pregnant or planning pregnancy during the study. Patients with history of Alcohol or substance misuse that may interfere with participation
