Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: adult 18 - 65 admitted in neuro ICU (stroke ,TBI, ICH) stable hemodynamic parameters for more than 24 hours. medically stable as per ICU safety criteria. consent form from patient legal guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: unstable vital signs or hemodynamic instability. uncontrolled intracranial pressure more than 20 mm hg. spinal cord injuries or fractures. do resusciate or pallitive status.
