Inclusion criteria: Clinically diagnosed participants of fissure in ano (parikartika)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Participants with Known Cases of Diabetes and Hypertension 2) Participants with known case of CA rectum will be excluded. 3)Known Cases of Severely immune compromised participants 4) Participants having Parikartika,secondary to known Case of ulcerative colitis ,syphilis , cronhs disease,will be excluded.
