Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: sample size will be minimum of 30 in number patient of different age groups patients of both sexes patients who expressed their willingness to participate in the study through signed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Does not include acute emergencies and terminal cases who requires specialized institutional care and severe cases which are under continuous treatment by other modes of treatment
