Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 25 to 55 years of both gender with positive special tests
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of fracture, dislocation or surgery around the elbow within previous 6 months. Neurological disorders including cervical radiculopathy, peripheral nerve entrapment or neuropathies. Skin allergy, rash, hypersensitivity, open wound or infection at the application site. Currently receiving other treatment for lateral epicondylalgia. Systemic diseases affecting healing such as rheumatoid arthritis, gout, autoimmune disorders or diabetes mellitus. Cervical spine pathology with referred symptoms. Musculoskeletal disorders including rotator cuff injury, De Quervain syndrome or carpal tunnel syndrome. Use of analgesic medication during the preceding four months.
