Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Presence of white matter hyperintensities, lacunar infarcts, and microbleeds on MRI. 2.Both sexes (Male and Female) 3.Patients with an age greater than 40 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Uncooperative patients 2.Claustrophobic patients
