Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 30 years and above, diagnosed with CKD stage IV and V, undergoing hemodialysis three times per week and willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with cognitive impairment and unstable medical conditions
