Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient having abnormal lipid profile. patient having BMI between 18.5 to 40kg/m

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Dyslipidemia due to drugs, e.g., glucocorticoids. 2.Patients have a recent history of MI, heart failure, and stroke. 3.Pregnant and lactating women 4. H/O Alcoholism 5. Known allergy or hypersensitivity to any of the drug 6.Known case of Immunosuppressive patients HIV. 7.Patients with a known case of Active infectious diseases- tuberculosis, hepatitis B. 8. Patients who cannot give valid consent such as mentally retarded, unconscious patients and psychiatric illness. 9. Patient participating in another investigational drug trial in the previous 30 days.

To evaluate the efficacy of oral Cholesterol Care Juice, a polyherbal formulation, in improving lipid profile parameters (total cholesterol, LDL-C, HDL-C, and triglycerides) in patients suffering from dyslipidemia.Timepoint: at 90 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To assess the effect of the intervention on cardiovascular risk markers such as atherogenic index and LDL/HDL ratio. To observe changes in body mass index (BMI) and waist circumference during the study period. To evaluate the safety and tolerability of Cholesterol Care Juice through clinical assessment and laboratory investigations.(LFT,RFT,ECG,HbA1C) To monitor and document any adverse events during the study period to establish the safety profile of Cholesterol Care Juice. Timepoint: 90 days
