Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 25 45 years engaged in desk-based occupations are selected because prolonged sitting, sustained forward-head posture, rounded shoulders, and reduced physical activity are common in this population, predisposing them to thoracic kyphosis and shoulder impingement syndrome.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants with a history of shoulder surgery, fracture or dislocation within the previous 6 months, full-thickness rotator cuff tear, neurological disorders, inflammatory musculoskeletal diseases, cervical radiculopathy, structural spinal deformities, concurrent physiotherapy treatment, pregnancy, or any medical contraindication to exercise will be excluded from the study. This will ensure participant safety and reduce potential confounding factors affecting study outcomes.
