Intervention1: Progressive Resistance Exercise, whole body vibration and home exercise: progressive resistance exercise: Toe curls, seated heel raises, and resisted dorsiflexion targeting the inteross

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with Diabetic polyneuropathy by neurologist and physician. History of symptoms greater than equal to 6 months. Ability to walk independently for atleast 10 meters with or without assistive device. middle adulthood 35-65 yrs patient. Provide inform consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe neuropathy with foot ulcers or amputation History of cardiovascular disease. Uncontrolled diabetes or other contraindication to exercise (HTN) Severe peripheral vascular disease (DVT, varicose veins, Raynaud s disease etc.)
