Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 to 35 years. Recreational badminton players who play a minimum of 2 3 sessions per week for at least the past 6 months. Ability to perform countermovement jump, Agility T-Test, and SEBT without restriction. Willingness to participate and provide written informed consent. Both male and female players. Body Mass Index (BMI) within 18.5 29.9 kg/m (normal to overweight range).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of any lower extremity injury (fracture, ligament tear, muscle strain, or surgery) in the past 6 months. Current musculoskeletal pain, inflammation, or injury affecting the lower extremities at the time of testing. Any neurological disorder affecting balance, coordination, or lower limb function. Vestibular or visual impairment that could affect balance performance. Use of any medication known to affect neuromuscular performance or balance. Participation in formal competitive badminton (district, state, or national level tournaments). Inability to complete any of the three outcome measure tests due to physical limitation. Pregnancy at the time of the study.
