Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Male between age 40-60 years. 2.Diagnosed with chronic low back pain. 3.Projection of pain from low back(lumbar region) to the buttock or thigh. 4.Low Back Pain for more than 12 weeks or 3 months . 5.Willingly participating in the research. 6.No history of chronic Inflammatory, Auto-immune and Hereditary diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Spondylolisthesis. 2.Spinal surgery (Post). 3.Acute low back pain or traumatic injury of spine / lower limbs. 4.Radiculopathy, neurological deficits, severe psychiatric illness. 5.RA, osteoposis , fracture , bone tissue infection. 6.Malignancy.
