Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinically pre-diagnosed cases of Chronic Insomnia. Symptoms of Chronic Insomnia as diagnosed by the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition criteria for Chronic Insomnia. ISI Score-8-21 (subthreshold insomnia-moderate severity). Age 20-30, both sexes. Patient willing to given written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe Cases of Insomnia (22-28 ISI Score). Patient who used any anti- hypnotics medication, melatonin or magnesium supplements for insomnia in the last 3 months. Night Shift Workers. Suspected Immunocompromised patients. Structural comorbidities such as deviated nasal septum causing sleep apnoea or apnoea Lactating or Pregnant women. Patient suffering from any past or present seizure disorder, has history of head injury, mania or psychosis.
