Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Primary molars following pulp therapy or teeth with large carious lesions involving multiple surfaces. 2) Child with at least two primary molars of the identical types (mandibular second primary molar) contra laterally. 3) Children aged between 4-8 years 4) Teeth at least 50%of tooth structure intact, functioning in occlusion with an opposing tooth, and possessing at least one contact area with an adjacent tooth. 5) Patients who have behavioral rating positive or definitely positive followed the Frankl`s Behavior classification scale. 6) Deciduous teeth having two-thirds of root structure left radiographically.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Severely decayed primary molars prohibiting the retention and sealing of the restorations 2) Children with special health care needs 3) Inadequate root length 4) Presence of malocclusion such as crossbite or scissor bite 5) Teeth with proximity to exfoliation 6) The child having oral parafunctional habits 7) Teeth with root caries
