Inclusion criteria: Age criteria- 18 - 45 yrs Both male and females Prolonged screen users Normal BMI Able to follow verbal commands Individuals diagnosed with Neck hump

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed Whiplash injury Diagnosed Vertigo Diagnosed Rheumatoid arthritis Diagnosed Fracture of shoulder complex Diagnosed Neurological and psychological illness history
