Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects fulfilling diagnostic criteria of T2DM. Subjects for this study will be selected randomly irrespective of their gender, religion. All subjects who have given a signed Informed consent letter will be included. Subjects between the age group 35 to 55 years. Subjects with both fresh and treated cases. Subjects fit for basti karma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with history of Diabetes Mellitus associated with complications like diabetic gangrene, carbuncles, diabetic coma, retinopathy, Insulin dependent diabetes mellitus. Subjects previously diagnosed with other systemic illnesses which may interfere with the intervention. Subjects unfit for basti karma. Pregnant and lactating women.
