Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 20 to 39 years Both men and women Weightlifters Minimum of 6 months of experience performing barbell squats No current lower extremity injuries in knee hip ankle in the past 6 months No history of knee valgus related pain eg ACL injuries patellofemoral pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Current lower limb injury such as knee hip or ankle injuries Previous surgery involving the lower extremities such as ACL reconstruction or meniscus repair Neurological or musculoskeletal disorders that affect movement such as stroke or cerebral palsy Pregnancy or any contraindication for strength training Inability to perform proper squats due to mobility or technique limitations
