Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients scheduled for elective infraumbilical surgery under spinal anesthesia 2.Patients belonging to ASA physical status I and II 3.Patients with adequate acoustic window for ultrasonographic visualization of inferior vena cava

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant patients 2.Patients with Basal Metabolic Index more than 30 kg per meter Square due to difficulty in Inferior Vena Cava visualization 3.Patients with known cardiac disease e.g., heart failure, significant valvular disease

To evaluate preoperative inferior vena cava collapsibility index in predicting the occurrence of spinal-induced hypotension in patients undergoing infraumbilical surgery under spinal anesthesia.Timepoint: From Base line to surgery procedure at Pre operative time and intra operative time.
