Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) bilateral extraction of maxillary first premolar 2) Good general and periodontal health 3) Full complement set of teeth till last erupted molars

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Systemic conditions/bleeding disorders 2)Syndromic patients 3)Fluorosis patients 4)Poor periodontal health 5)Long term use of NSAIDS 6)Previous orthodontic treatment
