Intervention1: Photobiomodulation Low-Level Laser Therapy and Intralesional Triamcinolone Acetonide: Arm A Photobiomodulation Low-Level Laser Therapy Patients in this group will receive low-level lase

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient having habit of tobacco chewing and areca nut chewing Stage I and II and III OSMF

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Stage IV OSMF Systemic diseases TMD Steroid hypersensitivity Pregnancy
