Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient having habit of tobacco chewing and areca nut chewing Stage I and II and III OSMF

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Stage IV OSMF Systemic diseases TMD Steroid hypersensitivity Pregnancy

Change in Mouth Opening (Interincisal Distance in millimeters) measured using Vernier caliper in patients with Oral Submucous Fibrosis after treatment with Photobiomodulation (Low-Level Laser Therapy) versus Intralesional Triamcinolone AcetonideTimepoint: Time Points Baseline pre-treatment 2 months post-treatment 4 months post-treatment 6 months post-treatment final primary evaluation point

Outcome 1 Change in burning sensation of oral mucosa measured using Visual Analog Scale (VAS 0 10) in patients with Oral Submucous Fibrosis treated with Photobiomodulation versus Intralesional Triamcinolone Acetonide Outcome 2 Change in tongue protrusion in mm measured using Vernier caliper in both treatment groups Outcome 3 Clinical improvement in palpable fibrous bands and mucosal flexibility in Oral Submucous Fibrosis patients Timepoint: Change in burning sensation VAS tongue protrusion in mm and fibrous band severity from baseline to 2 4 and 6 months post treatment
