Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients in good systemic health with no contraindication for periodontal surgery. 2. Age group 18- 60 years. 3. Patient with chronic periodontitis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with uncontrolled or poorly controlled diabetes, unstable or life-threatening conditions. 2. History of long-term use of medications (immunosuppressants and antibiotics) 3. Subjects are allergic to medications. 4. Pregnant or lactating women 5. Smokers or those who used any tobacco products. 6. Undergone periodontal surgery in past 6 months.
