Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Smartphone users within age group of 18-35 years. Both males and females will be included. Individuals with Smartphone Addiction Scale score more than 31 for males and more than 33 for females.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: I. Individual having specific neck pain who currently taking medical treatment. II. Pregnant women III. Individual with history of cervical spine surgery and trauma.

Joint Position Error (measured in degrees). Timepoint: Baseline (Day 1) and Post-intervention (Day 14).
