Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Neonates with Gestational age more than 36weeks with Birth weight more than 2000gm requiring resuscitation in the form of either Stimulation or Bag & mask or intubation or chest compression and developing MILD Encephalopathy within 24 hours according to NICHD scoring (Modified Sarnat & Sarnat staging)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Neonates with Moderate to Severe Encephalopathy Neonates born with major congenital malformations
