Intervention1: Structured Sensory Stimulation: Structured sensory stimulation consisting of auditory visual tactile olfactory and kinesthetic stimulation administered for 20 to 30 minutes twice daily

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 80 years. Who are diagnosed with CVA hemorragic or ischemic Admitted to Neuroscience ICU within 72 hours of stroke Hemodynamically stable Who having GCS more or equals to 8 Who are willing to participate
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with existing severe immobility related complication on admission
