Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with cholelithiasis confirmed by ultrasonography (USG). 2.Patients with gallstones ranging in size from 6 mm to 14 mm on USG. 3.Individuals falling within the age group of 35 50 years. 4.Patients willing to provide informed consent and remain available for the study period of 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with biliary sludge without calculi. 2.Presence of multiple small concretions not meeting the size criteria. 3.Stones measuring less than 6 mm in diameter. 4.Patients with stones in the Common Bile Duct (CBD). 5.Known or suspected cases of acute or chronic cholecystitis. 6.Pregnant women. 7.Postpartum patients (within 6 months after delivery). 8.Lactating mothers
