Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA grade l and ll Patients undergoing Upper Limb Surgeries Ready for written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients refusal Known allergy to local anesthesia Infections at local site ASA lll lV or V Bleeding disorders or patients on anticoagulant therapy CVS RS Hepatic Renal Failure

| To assess the onset time & duration of sensory block To assess the onset time & duration of motor blockTimepoint: The block is assessed at regular intervals after administration of the supraclavicular brachial plexus block. Baseline assessment is done before the block, then sensory & motor block are assessed every 5 minutes until complete block is achieved. Postoperatively, the duration of sensory & motor block & analgesia are monitored at fixed time intervals every hourly. | — |
