Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients having classical sign and symptoms of sandhigatavata i.e. shula , shoth, stambha, sphutana , akunchana prasaran vedana, vatapurnadrutisparsha, etc. at the joints.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnant women and lactating mothers, patients suffering from disease like diabetes mellitus , carcinoma , psoriatic arthritis, traumatic arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, gouty arthritis, polymyalgia rheumatica, tuberculosis, chronic renal failure and rheumatic heart disease are excluded.

Primary

to reduce classical sign and symptoms of osteoarthritis such as joint pain, mild swelling, stiffness, cracking sound.Timepoint: the outcome will be assessed after 45 days.

Secondary
