Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 65, ASA grade one, two and three, elective surgeries under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient who denies consent Known or obvious facial and/or neck anomalies History of head and neck surgery, trauma or radiation Limited mouth opening less than 2.5cm Patients with cervical spine abnormalities or requiring rapid sequence induction known morbid obesity, BMI greater than 35kg per meter square uncooperative and pregnant patient
