Intervention1: Web-based Exercise Program: Will receive access to web-based exercise programme with 3 levels of exercises. Initially an online session will be taken for all participants explaining th
level will be increased if there is difference in ODI disability level. If there is no increase in the level after 1 month the participant will be called for in-person visit to OPD and will be assesse

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both genders IT Professionals in the age group of 25 to 35 years. Working for more than 4 hours a day or 25 hours per week on computer (desktop). Non-specific Low back pain for more than 3 months. Pain level ranging less than 6 on the self reported NPRS Scale. Disability score of 4 or more on ODI. Have a computer or smartphone with access to internet. Working experience of more than 1 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nerve Root Compression Systemic Inflammatory disease (like Rheumatoid arthritis, etc) Spondylosis Spondylolisthesis Prolapsed intervertebral disc History of any Spinal surgery or fractures Inability to take part in exercise or Physical therapy Present illness that limits participation in study Pregnancy Major heart condition Individuals on Medications like steroids. Current participation in any other low back intervention study. Other health problem that would prohibit participation in the study.
