Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Mild And Moderate Underweight Grade I and Grade II According to IAP 2 Children whose parents are ready to participate in the clinical trial by giving informed consent 3 Children will be selected irrespective of their socioeconomic status

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Severe illnesses of systemic disorder and severe malnourished children 2 Children below 2 yrs and above 8 yrs of age 3 Patient with congenital anomalies 4 Patients suffering from any infectious disease 5 patient having obstructive pathology or surgical etiopathology

To evaluate the improvement in the body weight after taking Vidarikandadi Avaleha in the management of Karshya (Underweight)Children Assessment Method: Body weight will be measured using a calibrated digital weighing scale under standardized conditions.Timepoint: Baseline (Day 0, before initiation of treatment) End of treatment (after 14weeks or the planned treatment duration)
