Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1- Patients ages above 50 years. 2- Patients requiring prosthodontic treatment (complete denture). 3- Patients possessing or having access to a smartphone (patient or caregiver). 4- Patients willing to provide informed consent. 5- Patients motivated to improve dietary habits and nutritional status.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1- Patients with systemic conditions affecting weight (e.g., malignancy, endocrine disorders). 2- Patients on medically prescribed special diets. 3-Patients taking any kind of drug. 4- Patients mentally unstable. 5- Patients unwilling or unable to comply with regular follow-up visits.
