Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. having Alpanidra of minimum one-month duration 2 Individuals with Alpanidra as Nidra Vega dharan 3. Individuals of Alpanidra with mild hypertension, mild depression and anxiety disorders without any complications of any other diseases

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with major psychiatric illness like schizophrenia, depressive psychosis, epilepsy etc. 2. Patients with alcohol dependence or drug dependence. 3. Patients having chronic illness like asthma, malignancies, liver cirrhosis, chronic renal failure, diabetes etc. 4. Patients with acute illness like Cardio Vascular Accident, Congestive Cardiac Failure, Myocardial Infarction, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disorders, meningitis, and acute pain conditions and similar other disorders.
