Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient Who Has Underwent Serum Uric Acid Testing 2.Patient Who Has Underwent Echocardiography Within 72 Hours of Admission

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Known history of chronic kidney disease. 2.Current use of medications that alter uric acid levels (e.g. diuretics, allopurinol). 3.Known case of hyperuricemia or gout. 4.Previous myocardial infarction or diagnosed cardiomyopathy.
