Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Postpartum women aged 18 years or above. 1. Women within 12 months after delivery. 2. Women diagnosed with sacroiliac joint dysfunction after childbirth. 3. Women who can understand the questionnaires and follow physiotherapy instructions. 4. Women who are willing to participate and provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with musculoskeletal disorders present before pregnancy. 1. Women with neurological or rheumatological diseases affecting movement or pain perception. 2. Women with severe pregnancy or postpartum complications. 3. Women with severe psychiatric disorders diagnosed before pregnancy. 4. Women with recent pelvic, spinal, or major abdominal surgery. 5. Women who are unable to understand or complete the questionnaires.
