Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Older adults aged 60 to 80 years. 2.Individuals who are able to walk independently with or without an assistive device. 3.Participants who can understand and follow simple verbal instructions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of neurological disorders affecting coordination or balance (e.g., stroke, Parkinson s disease, cerebellar disorders). 2.Presence of severe musculoskeletal conditions limiting mobility (e.g., recent fracture, severe osteoarthritis). 3.Uncorrected visual or vestibular impairments that may affect test performance. 4.Severe cognitive impairment (e.g., diagnosed dementia) interfering with the ability to follow instructions.
