Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Young adults aged 18 30 years Individuals exhibiting borderline personality traits, as indicated by a standardized screening measure Participants reporting difficulties related to impulsivity and cognitive rigidity Ability to understand and communicate in Hindi and English All genders Willingness to provide written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals with a diagnosis of psychotic disorders, bipolar disorder, or severe major depressive disorder Presence of active substance dependence History of neurological disorders or intellectual disability Current engagement in structured psychotherapy targeting personality pathology Acute suicidal ideation requiring immediate clinical intervention
