Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade ll Patients undergoing Lscs Ready for written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient refusal, contraindication to spinal anesthesia, morbid ,obesity, allergy to amide local aesthetics, fused spine, musculoskeletal abnormalities, coagulation defects , Pregnant women with systemic diseases such as renal impairment, chronic liver disease, known. diabetes, pre-existing neurological disease, hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, placental abruption, placenta previa, hypertensive ,disorders of pregnancy (pre-eclampsia, eclampsia), as well as those with twin pregnancies, were excluded from the study.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To compare intraoperative hemodynamic stability between the two groups..Timepoint: From baseline and every five minute till 30 minutes after induction.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To Evaluate & compare the duration of analgesia ,onset duration & quality of sensory & motor block & side effect profiles .Timepoint: From baseline & every five minute till 30 minutes after induction.
