Intervention1: With fine motor exercises group: experimental group includes residents receiving fine motor skill exercises for 21 days and assesment is done on day 1 and day 21 with day 1 as baseline

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Oral and maxillofacial surgery residents from any year of training . Willingness to participate in the study and complete the structured ear reconstruction simulation. Consent to have their performance evaluated and data collected for research purposes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Residents who decline to provide consent for participation or data collection.
