Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Primary complaint of neck pain with no radiculopathy. Chronic stage neck pain (above 3 months). Patients with a Neck Disability Index (NDI) score above 15/50 Patient with neck stiffness The diagnosis of cervical spondylosis will be made by an orthopedics & neurologists.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Acute pain & inflammation. Acute inflammatory arthritis. Congenital malformation of the spine, e.g., Torticollis. History of trauma and fracture of the cervical spine. History of vertigo. History of neck surgery over the past year. Those who had not been receiving exercise therapy or physiotherapy during the 6 weeks before the study will be included.
