Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient willing and able to p1articipate in study for 17 days 2.Patient presenting with Karmagraha , Sandhishool, Sandhishooth , Ushnasparsha ,Sparshsahtwa (Pain,Temp,Tenderness,Rubor,Swelling) 3. Patient age group between 18-70 years 4. Irrespective of sex. 5. Patient with increased CRP and ESR.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Disease with long term treatment ongoing (HIV, abdominal kochs , Cancer,hepatitis b ,hepatitis c etc ) 2. Patients with anorectal diseases (piles, fissure, fistula) 3. Pregnant women, breastfeeding women.
