Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Patients having difficulty in urination - Pain and discomfort in bladder region -Obstructed or delayed urination -willing to give informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - history of prostate or bladder cancer -Prior prostate surgery -Presence of urinary tract infection -Neurogenic bladder or other neurological conditions affecting urination - Use of medication affecting urinary function( e.g., anticholinergics, alpha blockers not being studied) -Severe renal impairment
