Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of age from 18 to 75 years with gastric varices with accessible afferent and efferent pathways.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who did not give consent Patients without GRS or accessible afferent pathway Patients with splenic vein or portal vein thrombosis Patients with uncontrolled coagulopathy Patients with complications of portal hypertension like severe esophageal varices and gross ascites
