Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Planned major oncologic surgery e.g., all hepatopancreatic biliary, pelvic exenteration, other coelomic surgeries for colon, rectal, urological and gynecological malignancies 2.Patient on dual antiplatelet therapy. Aspirin and P2Y12 inhibitors (Clopidogrel), distcontinued greater than equal to five days prior to surgery for clopidogrel and aspirin greater than equal to oneday prior to planned surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Known congenital coagulopathy 2.Platelet count less than 1,00,000/ L 3.Severe hepatic dysfunction (Child-Pugh C) 4.Refusal to consent
