Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Parents/caregivers willing to participate in and deliver the home-based intervention programme Children medically stable and able to participate in physical activity and sports-related training.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children with neurological disorders such as cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, epilepsy, or other neurodevelopmental conditions affecting movement Severe intellectual disability limiting participation in assessment or intervention Significant visual or hearing impairments affecting task performance Behavioural or psychiatric conditions preventing cooperation during intervention or assessment Children currently receiving other structured motor rehabilitation programmes Any recent musculoskeletal injury or medical condition contraindicating physical activity participation
