Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 6 10 years presenting for dental treatment. 2. Participants with highly cooperative and cooperative Frankl Behaviour rating, assessed using a standard behavioural evaluation. 3. Children with no previous negative experiences associated with local anaesthesia administration. 4. Patients requiring palatal anaesthesia for procedures involving maxillary primary molars. 5. Healthy children reporting to OPD with no significant past medical history will be included 6. Children whose parents/guardians provide written informed consent for participation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pediatric patients with systemic conditions 2.Patients undergoing any kind of treatment using analgesics or anti- inflammatory drugs. 3.Pediatric patients with clinical history of allergies to Local anaesthesia or any dental products or any medications. 4.Frankl behaviour rating 1 (definitely negative) and 2 (negative) will be excluded 5.Pediatric patients with a history of negative anaesthesia experiences will not be included in the study. 6.Developmental / cognitive issues preventing reliable pain scoring.
