Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Group 1 Child with no history of tonsillitis Child with Dental caries Group 2 Child with 2 or more episode of tonsillitis in last 2 years No history of medication or past treatment Child with Dental caries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with special needs. Children with systemic disease or immunodeficiencies. Presence of fixed orthodontic appliances. Recent antibiotic usage within last 2 weeks. Children with habit of mouth breathing.
