Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age equal and more than 60 years 2. Participants having clinical signs and symptoms of insomnia 3. Participants agree to give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Major Psychiatric illnesses Parkinsonism Alzheimers diseasse 2. Diabetes mellitus uncontrolled hypertension (with or without medication) 3. Terminal illness (cancer ishchemic heart diseases etc) or systemic failure (eg renal/hepatic failure) 4. Participants with alcohol or drug dependency (Sedatives tranquilizers antipsychotics anxiolytics antidepressants hypnotics)
