Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children with primary molars diagnosed with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis as according to Wolters 2017 criteria of moderate pulpitis. Teeth with restorable crowns and no evidence of pathological root resorption. Absence of systemic diseases or conditions affecting healing. Patients whose parents/guardians provide informed consent. Teeth with at least two-thirds of root length remaining.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: non-restorable primary molars or grossly decayed teeth, teeth with abscess, fistula, or pathological mobility, evidence of internal or external root resorption beyond normal limits, children with systemic illnesses or conditions affecting healing
